For me, as Editor and Communications Director for the Unitarian Universalists for Social Justice (UUSJ) quarterly newsletter, and having just completed the Winter 2014 issue today, it was quite a coincidence that our newest task force "Prisons and Restorative Justice" had their first report in this UUSJ newsletter, and that they were urging for EXACTLY THE SAME changes as the Community Renewal Society was urging in their "FORCE Project: Job Opportunities for Ex-Offenders" and in "The Reclaim Campaign: Reducing Violence Through Peace Hubs" legislative action agenda items for 2014 described above! I just uploaded this new Winter 2014 newsletter to the UUSJ website and you can check it out yourself by clicking here. Scroll down about half way to the "UUSJ Prisons and Restorative Justice Task Force Report". There's lots of other good information in this newsletter too.
