My first view of our cruise ship, the "River Harmony"
First the took a photo of us, then took our passport. With that they made an ID card like this for everyone. Every time we left the ship we took it with us, then returned it when we got aboard again.
This way they could tell when everyone was aboard, and we had the phone number of the ship to call if we got lost.
