Fountain on north side of river between Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive -- every hour it gushes a stream of water to the south side of the river
Tribune Tower and the new Apple building (who's roof looks like a mouse pad)
The Lake street bridge and a unique "V" shaped building balancing between railway tracks over their right-of-way -- It has pools of water on its roof pumped to counter-balance so it won't sway too much
